Frozen Strawberry Daiquiri Recipe
Discovered my love for this cocktail on holiday at Alexander Beach Spa Resort last year. So, on Saturday I thought I would make this for my friends and it was just as deliscious! Here’s how I did it!!……
This recipe serves 1
Ingredients:
2oz White Rum (Reccommended: Bacardi)
1 tbsp of Grenadine (Available in Sainsbury’s for £2.40)
4 Large Strawberries
1 tbsp of White Sugar
Splash of Lime Juice
6 Ice Cubes
Method:
1. Put all ingredients in a food blender untill it turns into a slush.
2. Pour into a glass.
3. Garnich with half a strawberry.

I love strawberry daquiri but I like to use a bit of sumple syrup in mine – avoids any bitterness. So easy to make and keeps in fridge for up to 3 weeks. I also use it ot make just plain lemonade. Planning to post my syrup recipes soon.
