This picture above was taken the first morning after we arrived from our balcony! If staying at this hotel you are best requesting a sea view it is definitely worth it. I stayed here for 1 week All Inclusive in Sept 2012, weather was brilliant and the hotel top notch. The main swimming pool really is as big as it looks in the picture and the hotel also boasts another two pools, these much smaller but one consisting of three small water slides. The beach next to the hotel is full of pebbles and much like being in Brighton beach in England.

Apart from this hotel being modern and comfortable it missed some important aspects when it came to being all inclusive. The bar only had about twenty glasses, which meant they liked to save these for those who were paying for their drinks, this meant plastic cups all round, I appreciate plastic cups during the day when one may wonder off with it and leave it by the pool, but at night it would be nice to at least have one of what they may have thought of as a luxury.

Food was substantial  enough choice from different meat dishes, pasta and salads. Nothing fancy though and only the occasional bit of seafood. Greek nights in the restaurant were the best, serving up scrumptious pork kebabs, I believe they only have this once a week.

Lastly, I will talk about the animation team. If you are expecting to have a relaxing, peaceful and quiet day laying in a sunbed by the hotels Olympic sized swimming pool, you can think again. The animation team will not allow this, if they are not by your sunbed trying to persuade you to join in one of their activities they are all at the end of the pool shouting out words to an annoying song which you won’t be able to get out of your head all holiday.

Although some activities they provide such as water polo, water aerobics and table tennis can bring a variety to break up your day. The animation team also provide the entertainment in the evening, this wasn’t worth watching most nights, but then again I have never found a hotel with evening entertainment I have enjoyed. The animation team also stand at the top of the stairs to the dining room wishing you a great meal. I have got to hand it to them, they do work hard and long hours.

Whilst staying here we also took a bus into Rhodes Old Town and Faliraki. Rhodes town is definitely worth the trip. We also visited the Faliraki’s water park, they claim it is the biggest in Europe and I believe it well may be, great fun!
